Orders take 1–4 business days to process. Total processing, production, and shipping time typically takes 10–14 business days for domestic orders. International shipping times may vary depending on the carrier and destination country.

 

We proudly ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that custom duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country are the responsibility of the customer.

Please provide a clear and accurate shipping address, including apartment or unit numbers if applicable. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delays, lost packages, or returned shipments. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.

If your package appears delayed or lost, please first contact the shipping carrier using your tracking number.

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order details and confirmation number. Please allow a few business days for payment processing. Once shipped, you will receive a separate email with tracking information.

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

• The lace remains uncut

• The wig is unworn and in original condition

• Requests are made within 48 hours of delivery

If approved, return instructions will be provided. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and refunds are issued once the item has been received and inspected.

While most of our wigs are made in one standard size, designed to fit most head sizes comfortably, our pixie units come in 3 cap sizes (Small, Medium, & Large). Each unit includes adjustable straps and combs for a secure and customizable fit.

To preserve the quality and longevity of your wig:

• Wash between wears using a sulfate-free shampoo and moisturizing conditioner

• Use mousse or styling gel for styling and shaping

• Allow the hair to dry completely before styling

• Store your wig in a satin bag or protective box when not in use
